💣 Minesweeper Puzzle
About this game
Minesweeper is a timeless logic game that has shipped with computers for decades, and this compact eight-by-eight version keeps all of the tension of the original in a quick, bite-sized package. Eight mines are hidden somewhere across the grid, and your job is to open every safe cell without ever detonating one of them. Clicking a cell reveals either a mine, an empty space that automatically clears a whole region of neighbors, or a number that tells you exactly how many mines are touching that cell. Reading those numbers carefully is the entire game: by comparing overlapping clues across several cells you can often deduce with total certainty where a mine must be, long before you would ever need to guess. When you are confident a cell is dangerous, you can flag it with a long press or a right-click to keep track of your reasoning and avoid opening it by accident. Clearing the whole board safely is a genuinely satisfying feeling that rewards careful, methodical thinking over speed.
