Word Guess is a compact tribute to the viral daily word game that took the world by storm, built around the same elegant core idea of deduction through color-coded feedback. A secret five-letter English word is chosen at the start of every round, and you have six attempts to identify it correctly. After each guess, every letter in your attempt is highlighted to show how close you came: a green tile means that letter is in the exact right position, a gold tile means the letter appears somewhere else in the word, and a gray tile means the letter is not in the word at all. Skilled players use this feedback like a detective gathering clues, narrowing down the possibilities with each subsequent guess and choosing words strategically to test multiple likely letters at once rather than wasting an entire guess on a long shot. The tension builds naturally as your attempts run low, and successfully cracking the word on a tight final guess feels wonderfully rewarding.
